Terms of Service
Last updated: August 25, 2026
Thank you for using BIGLEAGUE (the "Service"). These Terms set out the conditions that apply to your use of the Service.
1. Nature of the Service
BIGLEAGUE is a non-commercial information site, built by an individual, that presents Major League Baseball (MLB) schedules, statistics, and standings in several languages. It carries no advertising, charges no fees, and uses no affiliate links.
BIGLEAGUE is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by MLB, any MLB club, MLB Advanced Media, SPOTV, or any related organization.
2. Data Sources and Intellectual Property
Game records and statistics are retrieved from the MLB Stats API and displayed within the personal, non-commercial, and non-bulk scope of use set out in the copyright notice published by MLB Advanced Media.
Club logos, player images, and team names are the trademarks and property of the respective clubs and of MLB, and the Service uses them for identification purposes only. Highlight videos are shown through the YouTube embedded player from the official channels of the respective rights holders (MLB, SPOTV, and others); the Service does not store or redistribute any video files.
Except for the parts created by the Service itself (the Korean, Japanese, and other translation dictionaries, the page layouts, and the code), all rights in the materials remain with their respective owners.
3. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is." The data shown depends on external APIs and may therefore be delayed, incomplete, or inaccurate, and the Service makes no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of that data.
The Service may be suspended or changed without prior notice. For any information on which an important decision depends — game results, statistics, or schedules — please verify it through official MLB channels.
4. Chat Rules
The Service offers a real-time chat that you can join without signing in. You are solely responsible for the content you post.
The following are prohibited: abusive, hateful, or discriminatory language directed at others; disclosure of personal information; advertising, spam, or flooding; distribution of unlawful information; impersonation; and any conduct that interferes with the normal operation of the Service.
The operator may delete, without prior notice, any post that violates or is suspected of violating these rules, and may restrict a particular user's access. A rate limit on message sending is applied to the chat to prevent spam.
If you would rather not see another user on screen, you can use the block feature in the participant list. Blocking applies only in your own browser.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use of, or inability to use, the Service. This reflects the fact that the Service is a personal project provided free of charge.
6. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be revised, and any changes take effect from the moment they are posted on this page. Where a significant change has been made, you can confirm it from the last-updated date at the top of the page.
7. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Korea, and any dispute arising in connection with use of the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Korea.
