Privacy Policy

The Service has no sign-up process. It does not collect account-related personal information such as your name, phone number, date of birth or payment details, and it processes information that could identify you only within the scope below.

· All visitors — cookie identifiers used for visit statistics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Google AdSense), and IP address for rate limiting · If the chat panel is open (on desktop it opens by default on your first visit) — nickname, device identifier, IP address · If you post a message in the chat — the above plus the message content · If you contact us by email — your email address and the content of your message

How each item is handled is explained below.

To improve the Service we collect visit statistics using Google Analytics 4 (measurement ID: G-SJGXBKZJJ2). The items collected include pages visited, time on page, referral source, approximate location (city level) and device or browser type; Google uses cookies in the process.

Google uses the IP address to estimate location and then anonymizes it, and the operator does not view data in a form that identifies an individual user. The statistics collected are handled under Google's privacy policy and retention settings.

If you would rather not be included, use your browser's cookie-blocking settings or install the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

This site carries Google AdSense advertising to cover server costs.

· Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies and device identifiers to serve ads based on your prior visits to this site or other sites. · Google's use of advertising cookies enables Google and its partners to serve ads to you based on your visits to this site and/or other sites on the Internet. · The operator has no access to the data those vendors collect, and does not provide directly identifying information about you for advertising purposes.

If you do not want personalized advertising, you can opt out in any of the following ways.

How Google handles data for advertising is set out in Google's advertising policy (https://policies.google.com/technologies/ads).

When the chat panel is open, the following is processed. On desktop (768px wide and above) the panel opens by default on your first visit; you can close it with the button at the bottom right.

· Nickname and message content — shown publicly in the chat and stored in the database. · Device identifier — a random value generated in your browser, used only to prevent duplicate nicknames and impersonation. It is not linked to your real name or any account. It is sent, together with your nickname, to the other participants in the same room so the participant list and the block function can work. · IP address — used only for the send-rate limit that blocks spam and flooding. It is held in server memory for a short time, is not stored in the database, and disappears when the server restarts. The same kind of request-rate limit applies to the search feature.

Chat messages are deleted automatically three months after they are written.

The chat is a public space that anyone can read without signing in. Please do not enter information that identifies you, such as your name, contact details or bank account number.

The following values are stored in your browser. The cookies are either not sent to the server or are used only for display settings.

· Cookie locale — the display language you chose · Cookie tz — the time zone used for game times (your local time zone or US Eastern) · Cookie showScores — whether scores are shown (spoiler protection) · Local storage — chat nickname, device identifier, list of blocked users (the nickname and device identifier are sent to Supabase when the chat panel opens; the block list is not sent)

You can clear these at any time using your browser's data-deletion function.

Google also sets cookies for statistics and advertising; those are described in sections 2 and 3 above.

The Service runs on the infrastructure of the providers below, whose servers are located outside the Republic of Korea. Using the Service transfers the information below to those countries. The transfer happens automatically over the network as you use the Service.

· Vercel Inc. (United States) — website hosting and server execution / connection information and IP address / for as long as the Service operates · Supabase Inc. (United States) — chat database and realtime messaging / nickname, messages, device identifier, IP address (seen because your browser connects directly) / messages for 3 months, nickname records for as long as the Service operates · Google LLC (United States) — visit statistics / cookie identifier, page-view records, approximate location / per Google Analytics retention settings · Google LLC (United States) — advertising (AdSense) / cookie identifier, IP address, ad impression and click records / per Google's advertising data policy

Each provider handles the data under its own privacy policy. If you do not want your data transferred abroad, you may stop using the Service. On desktop the chat panel opens by default, and at that point your nickname and device identifier are transferred so that the participant list can be shown. If you do not write a message, no message content is stored.

The Service also loads images from MLB's static servers and the YouTube embedded player to render pages, and those services may become aware of your connection information in the process.

The Service does not sell the information it collects, and does not provide directly identifying information about you to third parties for advertising. Data that advertising vendors collect through cookies is described in section 3 above.

You may request access to, correction of, deletion of, or suspension of processing of your information. Contact us at the address below and we will handle it after verification.

· Deleting a chat message — tell us the time it was written and the nickname, and we will delete it after confirming. Even without a request, every message is deleted automatically after 3 months. · Cookies — you can refuse or delete them in your browser settings, though your language and time-zone settings may reset. · Nickname, device identifier and block list in local storage — you can clear these yourself with your browser's data-deletion function. · Visit statistics — you can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on. · Personalized advertising — you can opt out at Google Ads Settings (https://myadcenter.google.com) or at https://optout.aboutads.info.

Because the Service has no sign-in, it may be difficult to confirm that the person making a request is the subject of the information. In that case the scope of what we can do may be limited; we ask for your understanding.

The Service is not directed at children under the age of 14 and does not knowingly collect their personal information. If we learn that a child under 14 has entered personal information into the chat, we delete it.

The email address and content you send are used only as needed to reply, and are deleted without delay once the matter is resolved.
