Privacy Policy

The Service has no sign-up process. We do not collect any account-related personal information whatsoever, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, dates of birth, or payment details.

To improve the Service, we use Google Analytics 4 to collect visitor statistics (measurement ID: G-SJGXBKZJJ2). The items collected include the pages you visit, time spent on them, referral source, approximate location (city level), and device and browser type; Google uses cookies in this process.

Your IP address is used by Google to estimate location and is then anonymized, and the operator of the Service does not view data in any form that could identify an individual user. The statistics collected are processed in accordance with Google's privacy policy.

If you prefer not to be included, you can block cookies in your browser settings or install the opt-out browser add-on that Google provides for Analytics.

The following information is processed when you take part in the chat.

· Nickname and message content — shown publicly in the chat and stored in the database. · Device identifier — a random value generated in your browser, used only to prevent duplicate nicknames and impersonation. It is not linked to your real name or to any account. · IP address — used only for the rate limit that blocks spam and flooding; it is held in server memory for a short time and is not stored in the database.

Chat messages are deleted automatically 7 days after they are posted.

The chat is a public space that anyone can view without signing in. Please do not enter information that could identify you personally, such as your name, contact details, or bank account number.

The following values are stored in your browser. They are either never sent to the server or used solely for display settings.

· Cookie locale — the display language you selected · Cookie tz — the time zone used for game times (Korea time or US Eastern) · Cookie showScores — whether scores are shown (spoiler prevention) · Local storage — your chat nickname, device identifier, and list of blocked users

You can erase these values at any time using your browser's data-clearing function.

We use the infrastructure of the following providers to operate the Service. Each provider processes data in accordance with its own privacy policy.

· Vercel — website hosting and server execution · Supabase — chat database and realtime communication · Google — visitor analytics (Google Analytics)

We also load images from MLB's static servers and the YouTube embedded player to build the pages, and in the course of this those services may become aware of your connection information.

The Service does not sell the information it collects and does not provide it to third parties for advertising purposes.

You can refuse or delete cookies through your browser settings, although your language and time zone settings may be reset as a result.

If you would like a chat message you wrote to be deleted, please get in touch using the contact route below. Let us know the time it was posted and the nickname used, and we will verify and act on it. Even without a request, all messages are deleted automatically after 7 days.

For questions or requests regarding the handling of personal information, please leave a message through the Service's repository. As this is a non-commercial project run by one individual, please understand that a reply may take some time.
